Accordingly, a drum 1 and the pressure roller 6 can be brought to press-contacting without applying the pressure force to the frame 5, by a pressure means 30 for applying directly pressure to the housing for supporting them so as to be freely rotatable and the pressure roller supporting member 10. In such a way, the frame 5 can be made small in size and light in weight.
