Claims (1)
- 直、並列の共振子及び該共振子の振動節部と当
接する小突起を有する複数の端子板を含んで積層
した多素子型濾波回路要素を整列、収納したケー
スの開口部を、該開口部から突出する端子板の端
子脚を挿通する絶縁薄膜及び該薄膜上に充填した
絶縁封止部材によつて封塞してなるものにおいて
、上記絶縁薄膜の濾波回路要素側に、端子板の主
表面に対向してケースの外方に突出する一対の端
子脚の内、一方の端子脚のみを挿通させるよう、
短尺とした補助絶縁薄膜を介挿したことを特徴と
する多素子型のセラミツクフイルタ。
