Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the vibro-isolating effect to a base plate by opening the bottom surface in contact with a base plate, forming the other part into a cavity encircled by a vibro-isolating rubber, with respect to the inner part of the vibro-isolating rubber interposed between the base plate and compressor leg part, and thus using the cushion effect of air and the attenuation effect of the vibro-isolating rubber in combination. CONSTITUTION:The load of a compressor 1 is supported by a pneumatic pressure of a cavity part 6 of vibro-isolating rubber closed by vibro-isolating rubber 3 interposed between the leg part 2 and the base plate 4, and the base plate 4. Since the inner surface 7 of the vibro-isolating rubber is bent outward, the inner surface 7 does not expand and does not make contact with a bolt 5 even if the load of the compressor 1 is applied thereto, and the vibration at the time of operation is not transmitted to the base plate 4 through the bolt 5. A vibration transmitted to the vibro-isolating rubber 3 from the leg part 2 at the time of operating the compressor 1 is transmitted to air within the cavity 6 of the vibro-isolating rubber 3 closed by the vibro-isolating rubber 3 and the bass plate 4, and is attenuated efficiently by the attenuating effect of the vibro-isolating rubber 3 and the cushion effect of the pneumatic pressure. Further, the cavity part of the vibro-isolating rubber may be one continuous cavity part or formed into cavities in several parts to obtain similar effects.
