Abstract

PURPOSE:To secure a scroll blade without heat deformation by forming a projection on a surface opposite to a recess formed on at least one of the both contact faces of a grooved plate and a support plate, and by pressing the projection to be fit into the recess so as to fix the grooved plate to the support plate. CONSTITUTION:The projection 1c of a grooved plate 1 is pressed to be fit into the recess 3b of a grooved plate 3, and the projection 3c of the grooved plate 3 is pressed to be fit into the recess 5b of a support plate 5, and then the projection 5c of the support plate 5 is pressed to be inserted into the through hole 7d of a support plate 7. Then the grooved plates 1, 3 and the support plates 5, 7 are stuck together so as to form a groove where a lap is stored, and a rotary lap is pressed to be inserted into the groove. Consequently, a rotary scroll and a fixed scroll can be joined together without heating, so that a scroll without heat deformation can be secured. Also, when oil is adopted as a lubricant, as the oil gathers within a recess 1b, the effect of lubrication can be improved.
