PURPOSE:To prevent cracking of a metal vapor deposition layer by providing a group of dot-shaped metal vapor deposition layers and burying them in a resin-coated layer on a thermal plastic resin film base which expands or contracts at molding temperature. CONSTITUTION:A liquid EVA resin containing isocyanate is applied on the whole one side of a polypropylene film base 2 with a natural contraction coefficient of 40% at 100 deg.C using a gravure cylinder. Then the coat is dried to obtain an anchor coat layer 3. A dot-shaped Al vapor-deposited layer 4 formed on the surface of the anchor coat layer almost uniformly with a surface area of 100mum<2> and a regist layer 5 which covers only the surface of the Al vapor- deposited layer, form an Al vapor-deposited layer over the entire surface of the anchor coat layer 3. Next acrylic urethane resin containing isocyanate is used for photogravure printing. After this applied resin is etched using an NaO solution, and then is neutralized with an HCl solution. Next, it is water- washed and dried.
