Abstract

PURPOSE:To increase the joining force in the shearing direction of a joining face by biting a high hardness fine particle onto a joining face and increasing the friction force between joining faces in case of the load of a compression load by interposing the high hardness fine particle between joining faces. CONSTITUTION:The joining faces 1a, 2a of lower part joining stock 1 and upper part joining stock 2 are finished by machining. The high hardness fine particle 3 whose particle size is several mum is interposed between the joining faces 1a, 2a. Then, a compression load is applied downwards in the vertical defection to bite the fine particle 3 onto the joining faces 1a, 1b. With this method, the strength in the shearing direction is increased.
