Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the circuit characteristic by providing a DC feedback with simple constitution to a modulator-demodulator circuit so as to reduce remarkably carrier leakage due to a defective component with no adjustment. CONSTITUTION:The modulator-demodulator circuit is provided with a 1st differential amplifier having 1st and 2nd constant current sources and comprising transistors(TRs) Q1, Q2 amplifying an input signal, and 1st and 2nd current mirrors comprising TRs Q5-Q7 receiving a collector current of the said amplifier. Moreover, the 2nd and 3rd differential amplifiers using an output of the current mirror and comprising TRs Q9-Q12 amplifying the carrier are provided. Furthermore, the 3rd current mirror employing TRs Q13, Q14 using bases and emitters of the 1st and 2nd current mirrors in common is provided and its collector is connected to the 4th current mirror comprising TRs Q15, Q16. A capacitor C1 is connected between the collector and the emitter of the TR Q14 and a signal of the electrode of the capacitor C1 not at the grounding side is fed back to the input of the 1st differential amplifier.
