Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent a thin printed circuit board from bending at the time of vertically charging into a tank liquid by forcibly bending slightly inward the substrate to be processed when the substrate is vertically charged into the liquid. As a result that the substrate is vertically charged into a chemical processing tank while this state is being held, the substrate is not bent in the chemical, and not brought into contact with the tank wall, thereby providing a satisfactory result.
