Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 溶接トランス１２の二次側巻線に一端部を接続
される一方他端部を溶接電極１４ａに接続されて
前記溶接トランスから前記溶接電極へ溶接電流を
供給する溶接用二次ケーブル１１の劣化を判定す
る装置において、 前記溶接用二次ケーブルの前記溶接トランスに
接続された端部に所定の定電圧を附加する定電圧
附加手段１５と、 前記溶接用二次ケーブルを流れる電流を検知す
る電流検知手段１６と、 前記溶接用二次ケーブルの前記溶接トランスに
接続された端部への前記定電圧の附加中に前記溶
接電極間を直接的に短絡させた場合の前記電流検
知手段の出力信号を入力し、該出力信号が所定基
準値以下の場合に、前記溶接用二次ケーブルが劣
化していると判定し、その判定結果を出力する劣
化判定手段１７とを設けたことを特徴とする溶接
用二次ケーブルの劣化判定装置。
