Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide controllability for illumination suitable to the set environment of a dimmed lighting fixture and for by-window illumination by feeding the lighting fixture with a dimming control signal which is produced through selection of a plurality of dimming signals etc., which are generated at a signal generating terminal unit, in accordance with the contents of a ROM table. CONSTITUTION:On/off terminal units 5 control putting-on or -off of the illuminating power supply, which supplies power to dimmed lighting fixtures 11 on the basis of a schedule stored previously in a memory or operation of switches etc., installed on a main operation board 1. At a signal generating terminal unit 7, on the other hand, a plurality of dimming signals are generated on the basis of setting of signal setting devices 21-1,..., 21-n. Among these dimming signals a one specified by an allocate table memory is referenced to the output of a daylight sensor 13, to prepare a dimming control signal, which is passed to each dimmed lighting fixture 11. In case a plurality of combinations of upper limit and lower limit setting devices are provided to restrict the output signal effective range of the daylight sensor 13, the one to be used is selected by the allocate table memory. Thus illumination control is carried out on the basis of the value of output range of the daylight sensor 13.
