The supporting axis 16 is turnably supported to a car body, further a sliding pin 14, slidably engaged with the circular arc-shaped groove 31, is connected to the front end of an output link 18. For changing a connection point of this output link 18 to the lever 15, an actuator 35 is connected by pins 33, 37 between the output link 18 and the lever 15. When the actuator 35 is actuated, ratio of an input link 13 to the output link 18 is changed through the lever 15, causing steering ratio to be converted.
