CONSTITUTION:When a second fixed train composition 2 is connected to a first fixed train composition 1, then at a monitoring station 11 set in the first car body of the first fixed train composition 1, a relay 41 is not excited and connection detecting information are not obtained, and so function for a control station is started. In the meantime, at a monitoring station 21 set in the first car body of the second fixed train composition 2, current from a DC power source VD flows to ground G within a monitoring station 14 via a connection detecting wire 32, and a relay 43 is excited. As a result, the connection detecting informations are applied to the monitoring station 21, and the monitoring station 21 is not started as the control station but is just worked as a slave station.
