Abstract
PURPOSE:To utilize past analyzed results to rapidly and easily analyze images by providing an image analyzing work station having an image processing function with functions for storing and retrieving the analyzed results. CONSTITUTION:Image data is inputted from an electron microscope SEM3 or the like through an image entry part 101 and an image analyzing part 102 and displayed on a terminal equipment 2 and attribute data such as a collecting date and a place is inputted. Image processing software is executed and an image relating to a distinguished item is retrieved from a previously stored image group through an image storage part 103, an image DB4 and an image retrieving part 104. Then, plural retrieved images are contracted and displayed on a screen and the processing such as coordinate transformation, differentiation and superposition for the image to be analyzed is executed to determine an analyzing image. In said constitution, image analysis can be rapidly and easily executed by using the past analyzed results.
