Abstract

PURPOSE:To control the fluid flow rate inside a fluid flow passage at a desired constant rate by open/close controlling the fluid leak passage between a fluid- pressure operating type driving device for opening or closing a control valve inside the fluid flow passage and a fluid pressure source in response to the pressure inside the fluid flow passage. CONSTITUTION:A throttle valve 3 for open/close controlling a fluid passage 2 is actuated by a piston 8. The pressure receiving chamber 8A of the piston 8 is communicated with an air pump D through a pressure passage 20. In the pressure passage 20, a leak passage 22 is provided, and the effective area of the leak passage 22 is variably controlled by an electromagnetic actuator 6. By applying the output of a pressure transducer P having been arranged in the fluid passage 2 to the electromagnetic actuator E of a leak control valve 24 which opens or closes the leak passage 22, even if any pressure change occurs, the opening of the throttle valve 3 can be corrected to a desired opening.
