Claims (1)
- 紫外線消去型のプログラマブルデバイスに紫外
線を照射し、記憶データの消去を行う紫外線消去
装置において、前記プログラマブルデバイスの近
傍で紫外線光源からの紫外線照射量を計測する計
測部と、該計測部で計測した紫外線照射量を予じ
め設定された設定値と比較演算し、設定値に合致
した時点で停止指令を発する演算部と、該演算部
の指令に基いて前記紫外線光源の駆動を停止する
制御部とを有することを特徴とする紫外線消去装
置。
