Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable exchange of a core mold safely and swiftly with light weight and simple structure, by a method wherein a fixing device provided on a fixing face of a mold and fixes the core in triaxial directions by pressing a tilted wall face of the core is provided. CONSTITUTION:Fixing faces of a mold of a movable and stationary mold bases 14, 16 are fitted respectively with a movable and stationary core molds 18, 19, the insides of guide members 28, 29 become reference faces for positioning of the movable core mold 18 and the said reference faces are meeting at right angles with each other by running along reference lines A, B which meet at right angles with each other. An included angle of a tilted wall face 38 of one side corner part of the movable core mold 18 to be formed with a parting face of the movable core mold 15 is established at an obtuse angle and a stationary member 42 can be pressed down against bouncing force of a spring 45 when a tightening bolt 46 is screwed in the same. With this construction, when the tightening bolt 46 of the stationary member 42 is tightened by inserting the core mold obtained by combining the movable and stationary core molds together into a space between the movable mold base 14 and stationary mold base 16 from the upper part at the time of fitting of the core molds 18, 19, the title mold device can be positioned and fixed in a lengthwise, lateral and thicknesswise directions.
