Abstract
PURPOSE:To shorten changing time of a die and to reduce machining cost of the die by pushing insert cavity inserted from parting face side of the die to the die reference plane by a member pushing down the insert cavity. CONSTITUTION:In a fixed cavity plate 2 assembling a die sleeve 1, the cavity 3 is set under pushing condition to the reference planes D, E from the parting line J side. Next, the pushing member 4 is set and fixed with screw 5. By this constitution, the working time is shortened and the machining cost of the die is reduced.
