Abstract
PURPOSE:To eliminate the adhering process of a voice coil and a damper, and to eliminate the defect caused by an adhesion by constituting the voice coil and the damper integrally. CONSTITUTION:A part of a bobbin part (material: craft paper, thickness: 50mu) 2 of a voice coil 1 is slit 3, a slit part 5 is developed in the direction of the outer diameter so as to be divided into eight parts, a 5% phenolic resin solution is impregnated, and it is heated and formed as a damper part 6 at 200 deg.C metal mold temperature and for 15sec press time. Thereafter, cone paper 7 and a leading part of the bobbin 2 are jointed by adhesive 8, and assembled as a loudspeaker. Also, a waveform part of the damper may be replaced with a plate.
