Abstract
PURPOSE:To easily set a work to a heating coil by disposing the heating coil to an approximately arc shape in such a manner that both ends thereof have a prescribed spacing and setting the work in the spacing, then heating the work. CONSTITUTION:The heating coil 11 is spirally wound and is formed to an approximately arc shape in such a manner that both the ends thereof have each other apart at a prescribed spacing 11a. The coil is then coated with a synthetic resin 18 as shown by an alternate long and two short dashes line. Supporting members 19 are projected from both ends thereof to the outside and are connected to a space adjusting member so that the size of the spacing 11a of the heating coil 11 is adjusted in accordance with the diameter of the work W. The work W is moved from the outside circumference of the spacing 11a of the heating coil 11 constituted in such a manner toward the radial direction and is thereby set in the spacing 11a. A high-frequency magnetic flux 13 is generated in the spacing 11a by passing electric current to the heating coil 11, by which the induction heating of the work W is executed. The work W is thereby easily set without being interfered with the heating coil 11.
