Abstract

PURPOSE: To increase a work efficiency by dividing a work area, operating a turning arm independently per the said area and installing the guide for lifting for supplying a material to the said turning arm to the outside wall of a building fixedly or attachably/detachably. When the lift 5 reaches near the work height, the lift 5 is separated in an extracting state from the guide 4 by hanging up this upward further and also moved horizontally by the turning of the turning arm 3 and the travelling of the trolley 33 or 34 and a necessary material is carried to the work position per the lift 5. In such hanging up and upper work, as plural turning arms 3 are independent respectively, the work is carried out at plural places simultaneously and parallelly. Respective turning arms 3 can take partial charge of the work area freely for the simultaneous work and efficiency up.
