An arm 102 is installed onto the receiving board 8 through a holder 103, and the levers 101 of two paper pressing means 100 are installed in turnable ways at the position within the width of the min. size paper and within the transfer dimension of paper through a supporting part 104 and a lower part horizontal part 102a, at the top edge of the arm 102, and the upper surface of the piled paper sheet is pressed by each rotor 105.
