Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible for a fuel tank to automatically blend oils at a prescibed ratio, at the time when the fuel tank is supplied with fuel, by supplying the tank with a lubricant from a separate lubricant tank in proportion to volume of the fuel. CONSTITUTION:At the time when a fuel tank 1 is replenished with fuel, the level in the tank rises with supply of the fuel, and the level in a pressure chamber 2 also rises. And, air is compressed by pressure of head H1, and a lubricant in a lubricant tank 4 is pushed up to a lubricant tube 6. On the other hand, a venturi 8 of an injection tube 7 is under a negative pressure by flow speed of the fuel being injected, and therefore, the lubricant flows to the lubricant tube 6 and flows over to the venturi 8 to be mixed up with the fuel. Once the lubricant started flowing into the lubricant tube 6, it keeps flowing continuously by syphonal effect. When flow of the lubricant and negative pressure in the lubricant tank 4 are equilibrated at a head H2, the lubricant stops flowing.

(Prior art) Conventionally, in a two-stroke engine, a mixed oil containing fuel and lubricating oil at a constant ratio of about 25:1 is placed in a fuel tank, and the lubricating oil contained in this mixed oil is used to protect each sliding part of the engine. was lubricated. Recently, a system in which an oil pump is linked to the engine, and a small amount of lubricating oil is injected into the engine's crank chamber or the like according to the engine rotation and accelerator opening to lubricate the engine is also widely used. This oil pump requires high precision,
Since it is time-consuming to process and the manufacturing cost is high, it cannot be used in small and inexpensive 2-stroke engines due to the high cost. In addition, oil pump type oil pumps are so popular that mixed oil is no longer sold at gas stations, etc., so there are cheaper oil pumps that do not use oil pumps.
If a cycle engine is used, the user has to purchase fuel and lubricating oil and make his or her own mixed oil, which is time-consuming and other problems.

Therefore, as shown in FIG. 3, a float b is provided at the lower end of the fuel tank a, and a bellows c that expands and contracts by the float b is attached, and a lubricating oil inlet d and an outlet e are attached to the top of the bellows c. and the lubricating oil inlet d is connected to the lubricating oil tank g via the float valve f.
It has also been proposed that the lubricating oil inside is connected to the lubricating cylinder h and the outlet e is opened to the lubricating cylinder h, so that the lubricating oil inside is caused to flow in during lubricating by contracting the bellows c due to the rise in the level in the fuel tank during lubricating. (Problem to be Solved by the Invention) However, in such a device, lubricating oil is supplied by the expansion and contraction of the bellows, so there is a possibility that the bellows will be damaged, and moreover, negative pressure will be applied to the bellows. If this happens, there are problems such as the bellows deforming inward and the lubricating oil not being sucked properly.

(Function) When fuel starts to be injected into the fuel tank, the lubricating oil is sucked into the injection pipe by the bench lily effect, and the pressure in the lubricating oil tank increases through the pressure chamber. Due to the increase in pressure, lubricating oil flows into the injection pipe through the lubricating oil tube, mixes with fuel, and flows into the fuel tank.

When the remaining amount of fuel in the fuel tank 1 becomes low and fuel replenishment is started, the oil level in the fuel tank 1 rises and the oil level in the pressure chamber 2 rises as shown in FIG. The surface also rises. and,
Compress the air with a pressure of head difference H 1 . This pressure also extends into the lubricating oil tank 4 and pushes up the lubricating oil in the lubricating oil tank 4 into the lubricating oil tube 6. On the other hand, since the vent lily 8 of the injection pipe 7 has a negative pressure due to the flow rate of the injected fuel, the lubricating oil flows into the lubricating oil tube 6 and flows out to the vent lily 8, where it mixes with the fuel to be injected. Once the lubricant is in the lubricant tube 6
Once it begins to flow, the flow continues due to the siphon effect.

Therefore, the lubricating oil is supplied into the fuel tank 1 by compression by the pressure chamber, the bench effect and the siphon effect. Therefore, when the predetermined amount of fuel is injected and the injection is stopped, the second
As shown in the figure, the flow of lubricating oil due to the siphon effect creates negative pressure inside the lubricating oil tank 4, causing a head difference.
At H2 , when the flow of lubricating oil and the negative pressure in the lubricating oil tank 4 are equalized, the flow of lubricating oil also stops. In this way, when fuel is injected into the fuel tank 1, a predetermined proportion of lubricating oil flows into the vent lily 8, and a mixed oil is formed in the fuel tank 1.

As explained above, the present invention provides a pressure chamber with an open lower end on one side of a fuel tank, and connects the upper end of the pressure chamber to the upper end of a sealed lubricating oil tank via an air tube. The other end of the lubricating oil tube, one end of which opens at the bottom of the lubricating oil tank, is connected to the vent lily installed in the fuel tank's injection pipe, so that when fuel is refilled from the injection pipe, a specified amount of fuel is removed from the lubricating oil tank. A proportion of the lubricant flows through the lubricant tube to the vent lily and mixes with the fuel. In this way, just by refilling the fuel tank with fuel, a predetermined ratio of mixed oil is automatically created in the fuel tank, saving the effort of making mixed oil.

Moreover, the pressure chamber only needs to be formed into a cylindrical shape, and there are no mechanically operating parts, so there is no problem with long-term use, and the number of parts is small.
