Abstract

CONSTITUTION:A support plate 7 is vibrated by driving an actuator 9 and the relative position relation between the spectral output wavelength of the spectral diffusing element 6 and a slit 10 varies periodically. The spectral output wavelength of the spectral diffusing element 6 is made to vary periodically according to the vibration of the support plate 7 and applied to a constant position of the photoelectric converting element 11. The output signal of a preamplifier 12 is applied to a signal processing circuit 14 through an integrating amplifier 13.
