Abstract

PURPOSE:To carry out the dust collection and sterilization of clean room by providing a selectively supplying means of ozone in water in a water receiving vessel of water washing tower which sucks and washes the air of the room or in water washing tower. CONSTITUTION:An air circulating passage 4 provided with a blower 2 and the water washing tower 3 on its way is formed between an air taking-out opening 11 and an air supply opening 12 of a bioclean room 1. The water washing tower 3 is provided with a water receiving vessel 31 and spray nozzles 32 which sprays the water sent by a pump 33 into the introduced air. An ozone dispersing pipe 51 is provided on the water receiving vessel 31 to sterilize the circulating water by ozone. The ozone sent from an ozonizer 5 is allowed to be selectively sent into the air passage in the water washing tower from an ozone supply pipe 54. Consequently, the zone is directly supplied in the clean room so that the effective sterilization by ozone is carried out.
