CONSTITUTION:In the towers 1-6, the towers of 2, 4, 6 are respectively packed with a 1st packing material I whose distribution coefficients satisfy the inequality: A-component coefft. < B-component coefft. < C-component coefft., and the towers 1, 3, 5 are respectively packed with a 2nd packing material II whose distribution coefficients satisfy the inequality: A-component coefft. < C- component coefft. < B-component coefft. Cut-off valves 8-13 are provided to a piping 7 connecting each tower 1-6 in series in an endless connection and a circulation pump 14 is installed in the piping 7. Moreover, a raw liquid pipe 15, a development liquid influent pipe 16, 1st and 2nd elution liquid influent pipes 17, 18, raffinate effluent pipe 19, 1st and 2nd extract effluent pipes 20, 21, cut-off valves 28-33 and valves 34-75 are provided.
