Abstract
PURPOSE:To realize the coordination method in the three-dimensional measurement of a wire material capable of performing accurate measurement without mistaking coordination, by irradiating the wire material with reference slit beam and multislit beam in a time sharing manner and catching the scenes thereof by one camera. CONSTITUTION:A three-dimensional coordinating calculation part consists of a three- dimensional position calculating part, and evaluation value calculating part, the min. value detecting part and the optimum route determining part, and a CPU is connected to the whole apparatus to perform the control or operation of said parts. One wire material shown by a drawing (a) is processed by the procedures 1-4 shown by a drawing (c) to extract multislit beam photographed images shown by a drawing (b). By this method, the multislit beam photographed images are temporarily coordinated to a multislit beam front at first in the three-dimensional coordinating calculation part due to the control of the CPU and the three- dimensional position of a multislit beam projecting point is calculated next.
