Abstract

A motor 11 is driven in this state to rotate a revolving shaft 5 to rotate the pulverizing vanes 7 at a high speed and simultaneously the moving table 10 is lowered slowly by the rotation of a motor 26. As a result, the materials to be pulverized are pulverized successively from the materials existing in the upper part by the pulverizing vanes 7 which rotate at the high speed. The cap 8 moves together with the movement of the pulverizing vanes 7 at this time, and therefore, the inside volume of the vessel 4 decreases as well. Then, the materials to be pulverized are efficiently pulverized by the pulverizing vanes 7 in the state having decreased gaps at all times.
