Abstract
PURPOSE:To provide a ground surface effective craft which glides both on the water surface and ground, wherein safety and water takeoff performance are well enhanced, by forming the body from a top plate having a rounding at the front edge and a wing-shaped profile and end plates arranged over the whole width of circular side-faces, and by installing behind a blower device equipped with an air exhaust duct. CONSTITUTION:The body 1 is formed as a whole in a wing construction consisting of a top plate having a rounding 6 at the front edge and a wing- shaped profile and end plates 3 arranged over the whole widths of this top plate 2 at its both sides. The tip of this rounding 6 shall constitute an attack angle effective at the time of gliding in the air. The top plate 2 shall have in its center a crew seat or seats 9 and an accommodation area 10 for blower device 7. A float 4 is fitted at the bottom of each end plate 3. A vertical wing 5 is installed at each side of the rear of top plate 2, and therebetween an air exhaust duct 8 is arranged. According to this constitution, the air low force is reduced and buoyancy increased, while buoyancy distribution to the left and right is well balanced to lead to enhancement of the safety and wate takeoff performance.
