Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent the transmission of the vibration to a robot by comprising a first bracket for supporting about the center of a deburring hammer slidably only in the reciprocating direction of a hammering part, and a second bracket for fixing and supporting a rear end of the hammer through a rubber vibration isolator on a wrist part of a robot. CONSTITUTION: A deburring hammer 18 is operated, and a hammer part 20 is reciprocated to a burr of a work to hammer the burr. On this occasion, the vibration is generated totally on the deburring hammer 18. The dislocation of the hammering part 20 caused by the vibration, is prevented by guiding and supporting a central main body 19 of the deburring hammer 18 by a first bracket 15 mounted on a wrist part 10 of a robot. Simultaneously the vibration is transmitted to a rubber vibration isolator 22 of a second bracket 16 which fixes and supports a rear end of the deburring hammer 18 by sliding the deburring hammer 18 backward. The vibration caused by the impact in the hammering is adsorbed by this rubber vibration isolator 22, whereby the vibration can be prevented from transmitted to the robot comprising the first and second brackets 15, 16 on the wrist part 10 thereof.
