Abstract

PURPOSE:To ensure the required attenuation at a carrier signal frequency with a large current capacity by combining a I-shaped core of a power inductor superimposed with a commercial power current to assemble the cores in a form of H. CONSTITUTION:A power inductor 11 is connected in series with each line of single phase 3 wire power lines, respectively. Four I-shaped cores are used for the inductor 11 and the I-shaped core is arranged at both ends of the coil 1 through a bobbin 8 and four cores are assembled by the H shape. Through the constitution of the cores as above, the coil of the inductor 11 is superim posed with a large current of the commercial frequency and even when the current amplitude of the cores constituting the inductor is changed, the inductor has less permeability. The inductor 11 and the capacitor 7 form a parallel resonance circuit and has a high impedance to a carrier frequency and the series resonance circuit comprising a variable inductor 12 and a capacitor 6 forms a low impedance circuit between a neutral line 14 and a live line 13 at a carrier signal.
