Abstract

CONSTITUTION:Input or feedback signals are multiplexed and expanded, and are multiplied with each other by a computing element 103, and a result is written in a memory 104. An output from the memory 104 and that from the multiplexing system are multiplied with each other in a second computing element 105, the result is inverse-multiplexed, while executing a threshold operation, and stored in a threshold memory 107. An output from the memory 107 is returned to the input through a feedback system. The storing is thus achieved. In such a way, information identical to a reference input from the external or to a fixed condition is found out, and pertinent remaining part is taken out. As a result, a read does not come completely impossible even if a part of memory content is destructed, and an access relating to the memory content can be made possible.
