Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the durability and the radiation efficiency of a film and to prevent the occurrence of photographic density phenomena by forming a thin film on the outer surface of a sealed body made of quartz glass of an incandescent lamp with a ceramic material including a phosphorus oxide, and treating the film in an aqueous solution of an alkaline earth metallic compound to be a far infrared radiation film. CONSTITUTION:It is preferable, for instance, to use SiO2, and Al2O3 etc., of above 70 weight % of a ceramic material for the ceramic material to form a film 20, for far infrared radiation, having a high bond strength to quartz glass which is material of a sealed body 11 of an incandescent lamp 10. And it is recommended, for example, to use P2O5, and AlPO4 etc., of about 5-15 weight % of a ceramic material for a phosphorus oxide included in a ceramic material. Also when, for instance, calcium acetate and calcium hydroxide, etc., are used in a concentration of about 20-30 weight % for an alkaline earth metallic compound to be used to a treated water solution for a thin film surface, a phosphorus oxide in the thin film reacts to the alkaline earth metallic compound to be converted into a material having no carbonization catalytic action. Accordingly, the occurrence of photographic density phenomena by a fingerprint and dust, etc., can be restrained and the quality of appearance stably maintained for along time.
