BACKGROUND ART Recently, some automobile telephones are equipped with a locking mechanism for the handset and receiver in order to stably hold the handset on the telephone body while driving. However,
In the conventional locking mechanism, the lock lever claw, which is biased by a tension spring, is fixed and held by hooking it into the locking recess of the transmitter/receiver, and when releasing the lock lever, the release lever is operated to remove the lock lever claw from the locking recess. It was to be canceled by doing so. Therefore, when lifting the handset, operate the release lever and lift the handset at the same time, for example, operate the release lever with one hand and lift the handset with the other hand. The operation was extremely troublesome.

The present invention has been made focusing on the above circumstances,
The purpose of this is to improve operability by making it easier to unlock and lift the handset, and to ensure that the unlocked state is securely and stably maintained by preventing accidental relocking after unlocking. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a telephone that can be held easily.

On the other hand, the push-up mechanism 4 includes a push-up lever 41. This push-up lever 41 has a substantially U-shaped cross section, and each end has an operating end 4.
2. The operating end portion 43 has an intermediate portion pivotally attached to the shaft 53. In addition, numerals 6 and 7 in the figure are spacers provided on the shaft 53 to define the pivot positions of the push-up lever 41 and the lock lever 31. Further, a protrusion 44 is formed on the operating end 43 of the push-up lever 41, and a tension spring 45 is installed between this protrusion 44 and a protrusion 56 provided on the mounting plate 55. By pulling the operating end 43, the tension spring 45 moves the push-up lever 41 around the shaft 53 at the operating end 4.

Next, the operation of the above configuration will be explained. First, when setting the handset 2 in the telephone main body 1 and hooking it up, the handset 2 is housed in the setting recess 11 and then firmly pushed in in this state. Then, the handset-side housing of the handset 2 will lock onto the lock lever 3.
The lock lever 31 slides into contact with the slope formed on the claw 33 of the lock lever 31 and retreats in the direction of the arrow C. At this time, the push-up lever 41 is also pressed by the transmitter side casing and rotated in the direction opposite to arrow B. When the handset 2 is pushed in more than a predetermined amount, the lock lever 31 is returned by the tension spring 37 and the pawl 33 engages with the locking recess 21 formed in the handset 2. is fixedly held on the telephone main body 1. FIG. 1b shows this situation.

On the other hand, when lifting the handset 2 to take it off-hook, the operating end 39 of the release lever 32 is pulled upward (in the direction of arrow A). Then, the release lever 32 swings and its working end 38 pushes down the operating end 35 of the lock lever 31. As a result, the lock lever 31 rotates in the direction of arrow C and the claw 33 locks the handset 2. It comes off from the recess 21 and the handset/receiver 2 is unlocked. Then, due to this release, the push-up lever 41 is rotated in the direction of arrow B by the restoring force of the tension spring 45, and this rotation operation causes the transmitter side of the handset 2 to be pushed up from the bottom of the set recess 11 of the telephone main body 1. It will be done.
In other words, the state is as shown in FIG. Thereafter, by grasping and lifting the handset 2 by hand, it becomes possible to make a call or respond to an incoming call.

The raised state of the handset 2 is maintained until the user lifts it up, and even if the user releases the release lever 32, it will not be locked again. Therefore, once the lock is released, the handset 2 can be lifted up very easily. In addition, at that time, the handset 2 is pushed up by the push-up lever 4.
Since it is pushed up by 1, it can be easily grasped.

In this way, in the telephone of this embodiment, after the lock is released, the push-up mechanism 4 pushes up the handset 2 and lifts it off the telephone main body 1.
The lock release operation and the lifting operation of the handset 2 can be performed separately, and there is no need to operate the release lever and lift the handset 2 at the same time as in the conventional case. Therefore, the operation of lifting the handset 2 can be simplified, and the operability can be greatly improved. Particularly in the case of a car phone, incoming calls may occur while driving, and the telephone of this embodiment can easily and quickly respond to such incoming calls without interfering with driving. Therefore, it is also extremely effective in terms of traffic safety. Furthermore, since the lock mechanism 3 is released by pulling the operating end 39 of the release lever 32 upward, the release operation direction of the release lever 32 is set in the same direction as the gripping direction when lifting the handset 2. As a result, the unlocking operation can be performed before the gripping operation of the handset 2, and the unlocking operation and lifting operation of the handset 2 can be performed in a very natural manner. By the way, when pushing the lock release lever down towards the phone body side or sliding it horizontally,
Since the direction of the unlocking operation is different from the direction in which the handset is held, the unlocking operation and the lifting operation of the handset must be performed separately, making the operation cumbersome. Furthermore, in this embodiment, the push-up lever 41 is always biased, and its biasing direction is set to be opposite to the direction in which the claw 33 of the lock lever 31 engages. Therefore, in the locked state shown in FIG. 1b, the push-up lever 41 acts to rotate the housing of the transmitter/receiver 2 clockwise about the claw 33 of the lock lever 31 as a fulcrum. Handset 2
The receiver side, which is opposite to the transmitter side pushed up by the push-up lever, is pressed against the telephone main body side, making the locked state structurally more stable than the conventional lock lever alone. When the lock is released, the push-up lever 41 pushes up the transmitter/receiver 2 to a position where its lower part rests on the upper part of the claw 33 of the lock lever 31.
Since the unlocked state is maintained in this state, the unlocked state can be maintained reliably and stably. Incidentally, in a configuration in which the unlocked state is maintained with the claw 33 in contact with the side surface of the handset 2, vibrations or shocks may be applied while the handset 2 is being held, or the handset 2 may be lifted when the handset 2 is held up. If you accidentally press it lightly against the phone body 1,
The handset 2 was easily relocked. In such a case, if it is an off-hook operation associated with making a call, you can simply perform the release operation again, so it is not a big problem.
If the handset 2 is temporarily placed on the telephone main body 1 during a call, the call will be interrupted, which is extremely undesirable.

Note that the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments. For example, in the above embodiment, a case has been described in which the present invention is applied to a car telephone, but the present invention may also be applied to a wall-mounted telephone or the like in which it is preferable to lock the telephone. Alternatively, the locking may be performed on the side surface of the handset 2. Further, the push-up mechanism may be one that moves the handset 2 not only upwardly but also laterally to the telephone main body 1 to hold it unlocked. In addition, the configurations of the lock mechanism and the push-up mechanism may be modified in various ways without departing from the spirit of the present invention.

As described in detail above, according to the present invention, the locking mechanism is released by pulling up the release lever when grasping and lifting the handset, and when the lock is released by the release lever, the handset is released. By pushing the phone up from the phone body until the bottom rests on the top of the locking mechanism's claw, the handset can be easily unlocked and lifted, improving operability. It is possible to provide a telephone that can reliably and stably maintain an unlocked state by preventing erroneous relocking after release.
