Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the operability of a telephone set, by providing a pressing- up mechanism which presses the handset up from the telephone set body and holds it unlocked from a locking mechanism during the unlocking operation of the locking mechanism which fixes and hold the handset to the telephone set body. CONSTITUTION:When a handset 2 is set on the telephone set body 1 into an on- hook state, pressing the handset 1 into the setting recessed part 11 forcibly allows the transmitter-side housing of the handset 2 to abuts on the slanting surface of the pawl 33 of a lock lever 31, which moves back to rotate a pressing-up lever 41 and then returns by a tension spring 37 to engage the pawl 33 with a locking recessed part 21. For off-hook operation, on the other hand, drawing the operation part of a release lever 32 presses the operation end of the lock lever 31, which rotates to unlock the pawl 33 from the recessed part 21 of the handset 2, thereby unlocking the handset. Consequently, the pressing-up lever 41 is rotated by the retaining force of a tension spring 45, and the handset 2 is pressed up over the bottom surface of the setting recessed part 11.

Recently, some automobile telephones are equipped with a handset/receiver lock mechanism in order to stably hold the handset to the telephone body while driving. However, the conventional locking mechanism is fixed and held by hooking the claw of the flap, which is biased by a tension spring, into the locking recess of the transmitter/receiver. - If you remove the claw from the locking recess, it will release the lock.
When lifting the handset, you must operate the release lever and lift the handset at the same time, for example, operate the release lever with one hand and lift the handset with the other. was extremely troublesome.

The mouth and flavor 31 move back in the direction of arrow C by gripping and contacting the diagonal surface formed by the first claw JJK. The self-lifting lever 41 is also pressed by the transmitter side housing and rotated in the direction opposite to arrow B. When the transmitter/receiver 2 is pushed in more than a predetermined amount, the lock lever Jl returns to its original position due to the tension spring 7r, and the claw JJ moves to transmit/receive I! The handset 2 is engaged with a locking recess 111 formed in the telephone main body 1, and thereafter the handset 2 is fixedly held on the telephone main body 1 by this engagement. In addition, the above-mentioned handset/receiver 2 is kept in the pushed up state until the user lifts it up, and even if the user takes his/her hand off the screen remover J2, there is no risk of the handset being pushed up again. Therefore, once the carrying port and the handle are released, the handset 2 can be lifted up very easily. Also, at that time, since the transmitter/receiver 1 is pushed up by ``-41'', the spring, I

After release, the push-up mechanism 4 is used to push up the handset 2 and lift it off the phone body 1, so that the release operation and the lifting operation of the handset 2 can be performed separately. *There is no need to operate the release lever and lift the handset 2 at the same time as shown in θ. therefore,
Sending/receiving 92K) The lifting operation can be simplified, and the operability can be greatly improved. Particularly in the case of a car phone, incoming calls occur while driving, and the phone of this embodiment can easily and quickly respond to such incoming calls without interfering with driving. can.

It is also extremely effective in terms of traffic safety. Also, in this embodiment, push up y? -41 is always biased, and its biasing direction is set to -, which is opposite to the locking direction of the claw 33 of the clever 31. This rounding figure 1 0

- 41 is designed so that the casing of the handset 2 rotates clockwise around the claw 33 of the lock lever 31, and this is the handset that can be pushed up by the push-up lever of the broadcast receiver 2. Pressing the opposite side of the handset against the phone body side will prevent the locking condition from the conventional mouth, Kureno 4
However, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments. For example, although the above embodiment describes the case where the present invention is applied to a telephone for automobiles, the present invention may also be applied to a wall-mounted telephone or the like where it is preferable to carry out a mounting function. Further, the locking may be performed on the side surface of the handset 2. Furthermore, the push-up mechanism may be one that moves the handset 2 laterally instead of upwardly on the telephone main body 1 and holds the telephone body 1 in its released state. In addition, the configurations of the lock mechanism and the push-up mechanism can be modified in various ways without departing from the gist of the present invention.

As described in detail above, if the present invention is provided with a push-up mechanism that pushes up the handset from the phone main body and maintains the released state of the handle mechanism when the handle mechanism is released, the handset can be lifted up. Accordingly, it is possible to provide a telephone set with improved operability.
