In the formula, Ar denotes arom. and aliphat. carbon rings and heterocycle; X, Y denote arom. and aliphat. groups or aliphat. carbon ring group, heterocyclic group; k, i denote 0-10 integer, where k+i>=2. A high cyan coloration rate is thereby obtd. and the color image of the high image quality with the smaller quantity of the residual silver is thereby obtd.
