Abstract
PURPOSE:To automatically retrieve and present a desired solution by retrieving the data base of a retrieving object beforehand, referring to the prepared priority information table, easing successively from the retrieving conditions having a low priority and until the solution is obtained, easing automatically the retrieving conditions. CONSTITUTION:An SQL (data base (BD) retrieving language) preparing part 4 prepares an SQL based on the retrieving conditions inputted by a user 10 extracted by a retrieving conditions extracting part 3. Based on the SQL, a DB retrieving part 5 retrieves a RDB (retrieving object data base) 1, and finds out the matched base as a solution. A deciding part 6, when the solution is the prescribed number or below of pieces, refers to a priority information table 2 by a conditions easing processing part 7 and erase the retrieving conditions with the lowest priority. When the solution is the prescribed number or above of the pieces, it is presented to the user 10 by a solution displaying part 11.
