Abstract
PURPOSE:To simply evaluate close adhesiveness within a short time, by utilizing the chemical properties of an epoxy resin. CONSTITUTION:One end of a substance 2 whose close adhesiveness is desired to be evaluated is sealed in an epoxy resin 1 and a sample 3 to be tested is stored in a high temp. tank 4, for example, held to 175 deg.C. When the close adhe siveness of the resin 1 and the substance 2 is bad at this time, the resin 1 near to the interface 5 of both of them is brought into contact with a high temp. atmosphere to generate chemical change. After storing, the sample 3 is subjected to cross-sectional cutting or grinding to expose the interface 5. Then, the vicinity of the interface 5 is observed by a fluorescence microscope 6 and the quality of close adhesiveness is judged on the basis of the presence of a fluorescent developed color region 7.
