Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable operation, surely having low fuel consumption, even when a set heating temperature is widely changed, by a method wherein a heat accumulator is automatically regulated to a rotation speed, having matching the temperature of combustion exhaust gas and excellent heat recovery, by means of a regulating means for the number of revolutions of heat accumulator and a speed change means. CONSTITUTION:A combustion apparatus is provided with a first regulating valve V1 to regulate an amount of gas fed to a burner 2 on the basis of information from a sensor S, a second regulating valve V2 to regulate an amount of air for combustion fed to the burner 2, and a controller 7 to automatically control a speed governing part 6 of an electric motor M. When a detecting temperature by the sensor S is increased, a gas fuel feed amount and an air for combustion feed amount are automatically decreased to a given value, and the number of revolutions of a heat accumulator 5 is automatically increased to a given value. Inversely, when the temperature is decreased, the gas fuel feed amount and the air for combustion feed amount are automatically increased to a given value, and the number of revolutions of the heat accumulator 5 is decreased to a given value.
