There are several types of storage containers for transporting or storing batteries with terminals of this type. Typical examples include foamed polystyrene plates and vacuum-formed thin synthetic resin sheets that have recesses shaped to fit the battery. However, such resin molded products are expensive and require a recess that is much larger than the battery in order to make it easier to remove the battery. If the recess is large, the battery may move during transportation and the terminals may become damaged. Disadvantages include that they are easily deformed and that their packaging materials tend to generate static electricity. On the other hand, there are containers that use corrugated paper and have a rectangular hole formed in the cardboard and the battery is inserted into the hole, but the terminals may be damaged due to vibration or impact during transportation. The drawback was that it was easily deformed.

に納まる。 Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained in more detail based on the drawings. First, let me explain the shape of the battery. FIG. 1 is an explanatory diagram of a battery with a terminal, which is an object to be stored in a storage container according to the present invention. As is clear from the figure, this battery has a structure in which lead terminals 2 are connected to electrode portions at both ends of the battery body 1, respectively.
As shown in FIG. 2, a container for storing such a battery with a terminal has a structure in which a non-perforated corrugated paperboard 3 and a corrugated paperboard 5 having a large number of approximately concave-shaped through holes 4 are laminated. It is something. Here, the corrugated paperboard 5 having through-holes is made by punching paraffin-fried corrugated paper to a certain size, and its thickness or the number of stacked sheets is selected depending on the diameter or thickness of the battery to be accommodated. In this case, the height of the through hole 4 is selected to be approximately equal to or slightly lower than the outer diameter or thickness of the battery to be accommodated. Further, the shape of the through hole 4 may be any shape as long as it is narrow at the center and wide at both ends. Each through hole 4
One battery is stored inside each. At this time, the battery body 1 is fixed at the central narrow part of the through hole 4, and the lead terminals 2 on both sides are accommodated in both wide parts of the through hole 4.

First, a battery is housed in each of the through holes 4, and the battery body 1 is held and fixed at the central narrow portion of the through hole 4 as described above. A storage container in which batteries with terminals are stored in all the through holes 4 in this way is usually
They are stacked in multiple tiers, with a top lid placed on top and secured with tape or the like. If the battery is transported in this state, the battery body and lead terminals will be completely protected even if vibrations or shocks are applied, and the battery can be transported and stored without being deformed.

During transportation, if the thickness of the corrugated paperboard 5 with the through holes 4 is set to be slightly thinner than the outer diameter of the battery to be stored, pressing forces from above and below will also act, allowing the through holes 4 to be held in the center. Together,
The battery can be fixed even more completely. Furthermore, in this embodiment, if the corrugated paper 5 is subjected to a surface treatment using paraffin treatment in advance, there is an advantage that burrs, powder, etc. are less likely to be generated in the process of punching out the through holes 4, and the battery is less likely to be contaminated. .

The specific shape of the through hole 4 formed in the corrugated paperboard 5 may be any shape as long as it is narrow at the center and wide at both ends. For example, the through hole 14 has a completely concave shape as shown in FIG.
may be formed on corrugated paper 15. In this specification, the expression "approximately concave shape" refers not only to the almost completely concave shape as shown in Figure 3, but also to the shape as shown in Figure 2 and other shapes with a narrow center. It is used to describe a shape with wide sides. Further, the number of sheets of corrugated paperboard 5 having through-holes to be stacked may be appropriately selected depending on the outer diameter or thickness of the battery to be accommodated and the thickness of the corrugated paperboard used. Furthermore, the surface of the corrugated paperboard may be treated with wax or the like in addition to paraffin.
