Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain a radiator plate having excellent heat-dissipating characteristics when an integrated circuit by a Josephson effect element is cooled by liquid nitrogen by using a superconductor such as yttrium, barium, a copper oxide, etc. as the radiator plate or a radiator for the integrated circuit.
