Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable the title device to control precisely a quantity of a material to be injected at the time of injection operation by controlling a pressure variation at the time of measuring operation, by detecting a pressure condition of the inside of a chamber affecting a confluent part and nozzle part with a pressure sensor. CONSTITUTION:Simultaneously with an extracting action of a plunger 7 detection of an inflow pressure into a chamber 3 is performed by a pressure sensor 13, the pressure value of which and measured pressure preset beforehand are applied to a pressure control valve 12 by adjusting the measured pressure by an amplifier 19. Therefore, even if a variation in a quantity of an inflow into the chamber 3 or variation in sliding resistance of the each plunger 7 is generated it is possible to hold the pressure within the each chamber 3 constant, and a disturbance of a confluent part 4 and projection of a material through a nozzle part 4 and projection of a material through a nozzle part 5 can be controlled. On the other hand, the pressure sensor 13 detects the pressure acting upon the material as reaction force to be returned from the material. Then uniformity of a quantity of injection can be contrived and control of a thickness of a layer can be performed sufficiently by applying the detected pressure to control of a speed.
