Abstract

PURPOSE:To enhance adhesive properties between a molded product and a bonding agent by irradiating ultraviolet rays having irradiation wave length in the area of 300nm or less on the surface of a polyolefin molded product and applying flocked fiber or a skin material thereon through a water dispersion type bonding agent. CONSTITUTION:The surface of a molded product is decorated by irradiating ultraviolet rays having irradiation wave length in the area of 300nm or less on the surface of a polyolefin molded product and applying flocked fiber or a skin material thereon through a water dispersion type bonding agent. When the ultraviolet rays are irradiated on the surface of the polyolefin molded product, it is proper to contact the surface of the molded product with an organic solvent such as an aromatic hydrocarbon group solvent, a halogenated hydrocarbon group solvent, etc. As for the polyolefin molded product, a polypropylene or a polyethylene molded product is preferred, and ultraviolet rays having the irradiation wave length of 185nm as the main wave length is suitable.
