Abstract
PURPOSE:To make the shunt winding, the separate channel winding and the like possible by providing a winding device with a dual-structure flyer which is constituted in such a manner that the No.1 and No.2 flyers are placed respectively on the No.1 and No.2 rotating shafts which are formed coaxially. CONSTITUTION:The captioned device is comprised of the No.1 rotating shaft 4 which is rotatively supported on the body 1, the No.1 flyer 7 which is attached to said rotating shaft 4 and provided with a nozzle 8 for taking out windings, the No.2 rotating shaft 15 which is supported on the body 1 so that it may be free to rotate within the No.1 rotating shaft 4 and capable to slide in the axial direction, the No.2 flyer 20 which is attached to said rotating shaft 20 and provided with a nozzle 22 for taking out windings, and a winding supply hole 24 which is made in the axial direction of the No.2 rotating shaft 15 for the purpose of supplying each of the nozzles 8, 22 with windings respectively. Thereby, the No.1 and No.2 rotating shafts 4, 15 can be rotated individually so that the No.1 and No.2 flyers 7, 20 perform their winding movements independently, and further, the positional relation between each of the nozzles 8, 22 can be changed properly, and consequently, the shunt winding, and the separate channel winding are made possible.
