Abstract

PURPOSE:To attain a deputy reception without being limited by a storage area of management recording information, by storing picture information and management recording information relating thereto into a 1st storage means if a 2nd storage means reaches its storage limit in storing picture information. CONSTITUTION:Picture infomation is stored in the 1st storage means 111 and the management recording information relating to the picture information is stored in the 2nd storage means 113. A control means 115 controls it so that the picture information and the management recording recording information relating thereto are stored in the 1st storage means 111 after the 2nd storage means 113 reaches its storage limit. When the 2nd storage means 113 reaches the storage limit, the picture information and the management recording information relating hereto are then stored in the 1st storage means 111. Thus, the deputy reception is applied without being limited to the storage area of the 2nd storage means and efficient picture information reception is implemented.
