Abstract

PURPOSE:To select a music number with once random number generation by being equipped with an arithmetic logic unit to compare whether a disc of a random number generated by a random number generating device exists or not and is reproduced or not with the information of the storage device and to select it. CONSTITUTION:The titled device consists of a disc replacement control device 4 to replace plural discs by the command of an arithmetic logic unit 1, a disc reproducing control device 3 to reproduce and control the disc by the command of the arithmetic logic device 1, an all discs presence absence detecting device 5 to detect once the existence of plural discs, a storage device 2 to store the existence of the respective discs and TOC information and a random number generating device 6 to generate an arbitrary number. That is to say, a disc detection is executed before a disc selection, a reproduced disc and its music number are stored, the disc which exists but is unreproduced is selected by the random number, after reading the TOC, the music number which exists but is unreproduced is selected. Thus, the same music is not reproduced until all the music number of all the discs are reproduced, a nonexistent disc is not pulled out and the music number is selected with once random number generation.
