Abstract

PURPOSE:To enhance processability, by providing a thermoplastic synthetic resin conductive layer having a surface resistance value of 10<6>OMEGA or less and laminating a thermoplastic synthetic resin skin layer having a surface resistance value higher than that of said conductively layer and a thickness bringing the resistance value between opposed surfaces to 10<5>-10<7>OMEGA to the conductive layer. CONSTITUTION:A compound prepared by compounding 70 pts. of DOP as a plasticizer, 3 pts. of a Ba-Zn type stabilizer and 8 pts. of Ketjen black as a conductive filler with 100 pts. of a polyvinyl chloride resin is laminated to a nonwoven fabric 3 being a lining base material in a thickness of 0.25mm so as to adjust a surface resistance value to 10<5>OMEGA by a calender method to form a thermoplastic synthetic resin conductive layer 1. Next, a compound prepared by compounding 35 pts. of DOP, 35 pts. of a conductive plasticizer, 3 pts. of a stabilizer and 10 pts. of a colorant with 100 pts. of a polyvinyl chloride resin is laminated to the conductive layer 1 so as to adjust a surface resistance value to 10<9>OMEGA in a thickness of 0.20mm bringing the resistance value between two points of opposed surfaces to 10<6>OMEGA to form a thermoplastic synthetic resin layer 2 having an antistatic property to obtain a sheet like article. By this method, a coloring property and processability are enhanced.
