PURPOSE:To obtain a wide-angle, lightweight projection lens by composing the refraction type projection lens of plastic lenses and glass lenses in combination, giving the glass lenses main power lens, and composing the 3rd lens and 4th lens of plastic cemented lenses. Then the chromatic aberration of the projection lens is compensated by the cemented lens consisting of the 3rd lens 3 and 4th lens 4 and focus movement due to variation in the ambient temperature of the projection lens is compensated principally by the 2nd lens 2 and 5th lens 5.
