Abstract
PURPOSE: To apply and annihilate a magnetic field for magnetization at the starting point and end point of magnetization slowly by periodically varying the peak value of currents for magnetization every time a magnetic-material molded form to be magnetized makes at least one revolution or more and bringing a varying period to the non-integral times of the period of revolution of said magnetic-material molded form.
CONSTITUTION: A magnetic-material molded form 1 is formed to a cylindrical shape, and a shaft 10 is turned in sixty rpm by a motor 2. An encoder 4 produces four synchronizing pluses (q) per revolution, and a frequency dividing circuit 5 outputs a peak-value change command signal (b) for every five input pluses-that is, for every 1.25 revolutions. A magnetizing power 6 is controlled by the command signal (b), and generates output currents C, which are controlled by the command signal (b) and magnitude of which is increased by stages at every 1.25sec and reduced. A magnetizing pulse generating circuit 7 intermittently controls the output currents C by a pole control signal (p) from the encoder 3 and changes the output current C into pulse currents, and a current forming means 8 for magnetization outputs current (i) for magnetization, which have pulse number corresponding to magnetizing poles and peak value of which is increased by stages and diminished.
