As shown in Fig. 1, conventional scaffolding for installing elevators consists of vertical scaffolding cross-sections 3 made of wood or iron pipes, etc., placed against vertical pillars 2 built in a hoistway 1.
are assembled in sequence from the lowest floor to the highest floor of the building, and a scaffolding board 4 made of aluminum panels or the like is laid on a scaffolding alley 3, and installation work is performed on the scaffolding board 4. .

In addition, in order to solve the above-mentioned problems with conventional scaffolding, four chains or wire ropes were suspended from the ceiling of the hoistway, and horizontal members were attached to the wire ropes in a cross-shaped manner. The one with a steady rest attached was made in 1978.
Described in No. 107764.

However, in the case of the former type of elevator installation work using fixed scaffolding, even if the fixed scaffolding is commissioned to a specialist, if it is not erected by the installation work start date, the elevator cannot be installed and the installation period will be shortened. It gets long. Another problem is that scaffolding costs are required for each building.

In addition, although the latter type of scaffolding can solve the above-mentioned problem of fixed scaffolding, the steady rest material is installed separately from the horizontal members and apart from the horizontal members, so when assembling the scaffolding or When dismantling the scaffold, it is necessary to separately attach and remove the swing-stop material to the horizontal material, which makes the assembly and dismantling of the scaffolding troublesome. Furthermore, since the swing stop material is a separate member, it must be stored separately from the horizontal material, which is troublesome to store.

An object of the present invention is to provide a scaffold for installing an elevator that can be assembled, dismantled, and stored without separately attaching and removing the steady rest material to the horizontal material.

The above purpose is to have a steady rest material storage groove on both ends of the horizontal material extending from the end toward the center;
This is achieved by configuring the steady rest material to be housed in the storage groove such that a part thereof can protrude from the storage groove, and to have a fixing means for fixing each steady rest material to the horizontal base material.

As mentioned above, the steady rest material is stored in the storage grooves at both ends of the crosspiece, so when assembling, pull out the steady rest material from the storage groove to the extent that the steady rest material touches the hoistway wall. It is only necessary to fix it with a fixing means, and when disassembling it, it is only necessary to reverse the assembly process, so that assembly and disassembly can be easily performed.
Furthermore, since the steady rest material can be stored integrally with the horizontal material and housed at both ends, storage is also easy.

The order of assembling the scaffolding is as shown in the figure: first, the hanging frame 7 is hung with a winch 12 using one of the hanging ropes 8', the top horizontal material 11 is firmly tied, and then the hanging frame 7 is lifted with a winch. The horizontal members 11 of the next stage are hoisted one after another, and the horizontal members 11 of the next stage are firmly tied. When the entire horizontal members 11 have been firmly tied, the hanging ropes 10 are attached to each of the hanging tools 6.
Hook and secure. Thereafter, the scaffolding board 4 is laid on the horizontal material 11, and the installation work is performed by climbing on it.

On the other hand, dismantle and store scaffolding as follows. The whole thing is suspended by the winch 12 using the hanging rope 8', and in this state, the hanging rope 8 is removed from the hanging tool 6.
While lowering the hanging frame, the scaffolding boards 4 and horizontal materials 11 are sequentially removed from the bottom of the hoistway and stored. Further, the positioning rope 10 is stored rolled up. The hanging frame 7 is stored as is or after being disassembled. Note that the hanging fixture 6 is either removed or embedded with mortar when the floor of the machine room is finished.

According to the embodiment of the present invention described above, the installation scaffold can be assembled, dismantled, and stored without attaching or removing the steady rest material, and the scaffold assembly in the hoistway can be performed safely and with high efficiency. be able to. Furthermore, once it is manufactured, it can be used for other buildings, so there is no need to request a specialist to carry out scaffolding work for each building, and there is no need to incur costs for lost scaffolding.
Furthermore, the scaffolding work can be reliably completed by the elevator installation start date, and the installation period will not be extended due to delays in the scaffolding work.

As explained above, according to the present invention, the assembly, disassembly, and storage of the installation scaffold can be carried out by attaching steady rest materials,
This can be done without removing the scaffolding, and the scaffolding can be assembled safely and efficiently in the hoistway.
Furthermore, since the entire scaffold is supported by a hanging device provided near the opening of the hoistway, the load can be lifted and lowered without any hindrance using a winch provided on the ceiling of the machine room, as in the past. Furthermore, if necessary, steady rest members can be provided on both sides of the horizontal material so as to be adjustable, so that the steady rest can be performed while the center of the erection rope is exposed, and the horizontality of the scaffold board can be maintained.
