CONSTITUTION:The yellow coupler shown by formula I and the nucleus forming accelerator shown by formulas II and/or III are incorporated in the photosensitive material comprising an inner latent image type silver halide emulsion layer which is not fogged. And, said material is imagewisely exposed, and then, is developed after or during a fog processing with a nucleus forming agent, followed by executing a bleach-fix processing to form a positive color image. In the formula, Z is a group capable of being released by reaction with the oxidant of a developing main agent, G1 is halogen atom or alkoxyl group, G2 is hydrogen or halogen atom, etc. In formula I, R is alkyl group, Q and Q' are each an atomic group necessary for forming a prescribed ring, Y is hydrogen or carbon atom, etc. In formula II, R is thioether or amino group, etc., (n) is 0 or 1, (m) is 0-2, M is hydrogen atom or an alkaline metal, etc., (m) is 1 or 2.
